All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been successfully placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.


Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States, UK, and Australia only.
Our standard shipping time is 4–7 business days after your order has been processed.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on:

  • The destination address

  • Local courier service efficiency

  • Weather or customs-related delays

We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • The courier name

  • A link to track your shipment in real time

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update on the courier’s website.


Shipping Costs

We offer flat $3.99 shipping charges on all U.S. orders.
Any expedited or special shipping options (if available) will be displayed at checkout along with their respective costs.

While we work hard to meet all delivery timeframes, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur due to:

Packaging Information

To optimize delivery efficiency, our products are shipped directly from our partner suppliers in China.
This helps us keep prices affordable and ensures you always receive authentic TrulySilk quality.
Packaging may vary slightly depending on order size and logistics requirements, but your items will always be securely packed.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking shows no movement or your order hasn’t arrived after the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at silktruly@gmail.com.
