Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

In such cases, we will confirm your shipping details and issue a replacement order. A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card account.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, contact us at hello@trulysilk.com, and we will assist you promptly.
